Rapunzel, after hearing this, began to weep. Her sobs were so pitiful that even Lina, Jack's dog, who was shooed away by Rapunzel, came to sooth her by tugging at her skirt.
羅鵬珠聽完了一切後便開始啜泣，她的樣子非常地楚楚可憐，讓被她趕走的狗狗麗娜也回來安撫她，輕輕地拉著她的裙擺。
"Oh why is the world such a cruel place!" Rapunzel said in-between her sobs, "Now I can understand Juliet's feelings in Romeo and Juliet. My only love is my only hate. Too early met unknown and known too late."
「噢，這個世界怎麼會如此的慘忍啊！」羅鵬珠邊啜泣邊說道。「我現在能理解茱麗葉的心情了。」
Suddenly, Gothel appeared and spoke, "Do stop your weeps, Rapunzel, look how pitiful you look. "
突然，鼓瑟不知從何處冒了出來了，然後說：「羅鵬珠，別在那兒哭哭提提的，這樣成何體統！」
"Aunty! How come you're back so early? I thought you won't be back until after dinner." Rapunzel exclaimed in astonishment.
「姑姑！你怎麼那麼快就回來了？你不是說要吃完晚餐才回來嗎？」羅鵬珠驚訝地問道。
"No, in fact, I didn't have an appointment at two with a customer, I only said that to make you feel desperate. In reality, it was I who has suggested this plan to him in order to win over your heart, as I know of his true sentiments towards you, but you resented him without knowing his true personality. Don't you think that was a bit unfair on him? Therefore, I suggested to him: 'Why not test if you two were meant for each other?' Hiding his true identity was the only way."
「不，事實上，我兩點根本沒有和病患有約，我只是這麼說讓你感到著急罷了。其實，傑克會這麼做都是我的提議，因為我知道他對你的感情，可是你被偏見所蒙蔽了雙眼，一直不給他機會。你不覺得這樣對他很不公平嗎？於是，我就建議他：「何妨不試試你們倆是不是真的命中注定呢？」唯一的辦法只有隱藏他的身份嘍！」
"But.....but...." Rapunzel couldn't bring words to her lips.
「可是....可是.....」羅鵬珠說。

「經過了傑克的說服後，我才終於恍然大悟～既然以前的方法都行不通，就應該要換個方法。看來，這個秘密的約會不僅幫你找到了真愛，還治好了你的懼高症。」鼓瑟繼續說。「還有，傑克並沒有對你撒謊，他的名字真的是成實。事實上，他是鄰國的成實王子，因為他很愛研究心理治療學，所以才匿名到我國來變成我的助理。」
"Ms Gothel!" this time, it was Jack's turn to exclaim, "How did you know about this? Surely, I've told no one!"

"Rapunzel, now that you're free of your acrophobia, you no longer need to be confined in that tower. Tomorrow, I'll call some workers to destroy it, as it seems like it'll only bring back painful memories to you. Now, it is for you to decided.....are you going to accept Ja...I mean Prince Ernest's faithful apology?"
「羅鵬珠，現在你已經不再有懼高症了，也不需要住在那個高塔裡了。明天我就找工人來把它拆了，這樣才不會讓你回想起不好的記憶。好啦，決定的時間到了～你要接受傑....不....成實王子的道歉嗎？」
Everything seemed to be a bit too much for Rapunzel to take in, she took in a deep breath and said, "Aunty, please do not destroy the lovely tower, in which I have lived for ten years of my life. And Ernest, I do accept your apology, as I now understand that I had been treating you wrongly all this time. Please accept my apology for concealing my identity as well."
一切似乎對羅鵬珠來說都太震驚了，她深深地吸了一口氣後說：「姑姑，請別拆了那座我住了十年的美麗高塔。還有，成實，我接受你的道歉，我現在終於知道我以前對你有多壞了。也請接受我隱瞞身份這件事情。」
"Yes, I totally understand!" Prince Ernest said as he clasped Rapunzel's hand in his whilst the sun became gradually concealed by the distant horizon.
「我完全能理解！」成實王子說著說著並牽著羅鵬珠的手。後面的太陽逐漸沉落了地平線。
