"Anyhow, we have to find Klaudia's room as soon as possible," concluded Shaun as he dashed out of the drawing room into the corridor, followed by the girls. However, the corridors and passageways were so winding like a labyrinth that, no matter how hard they tried, they ended up in the same place they've started.
"I'll bet this is one of her tricks, too!" declared Shaun pensively. "She's put this place under a spell so we won't be able to leave here."
Without warning, the ghost whose conscious Shaun had entered appeared on the other side of the corridor and motioned them to follow him. "Ahhhhh! A ghost!" Tiffany screamed.
"Don't worry, he's supposed to be a good guy," said Shaun. "He was the one that led me to find the hints proving that Klaudia's a vampire. I think he means no harm, we should follow it."
The group pursued the ghost through a door which none of them had perceived when they passed it before, and entered into an even dimmer passageway, at the end of which was a door, into which the ghost disappeared.
They entered the room and, as their eyes gradually became accustomed to the darkness, they perceived that the room was empty, except for a huge, wooden box situated in the middle of the room.
"What this?" enquired Tiffany, pointing to the wooden box. "I can almost fit in it."
"It's probably one of those antiques belonging to Klaudia's father," guessed Nadia.
"No, this room must have some special significance or else the ghost wouldn't lead us here," muttered Shaun pensively.
"Aahhhhh!" Tiffany screamed again.
"What now? Stop creating unnecessary horrors!" scolded Nadia.
"I....I think I know what this is...." stuttered Tiffany. "You know in movies, vampires sleep in coffins? Well, I think this is Camilla's coffin. Ahhhhhhh!"
"Well, there's only one way to find out," said Shaun as he pushed open the cumbersome lid of the wooden box.
"Ahhhhhhh!" screamed Tiffany whilst covering her eyes, unable to bring herself to look at what could be in there.
"It's empty!" said Nadia in astonishment. Only then, did Tiffany dare open her eyes and peek into the wooden coffin.
"What's this?" she said after taking out a doll, which was hidden at one corner. "Well, I never knew Camilla's a fan of dolls."
"Ahhhhh!" This time, it was Nadia's turn to scream, as the doll in Tiffany's hand eerily resembled the figure of Jeffrey. "It's a voodoo doll!"
