"This room just creeps me out!" Jennifer, a nurse, whispered to the doctor in the X-ray room. "I don't know if it's because the blinds are always closed, or the humid air, or just me overreacting, but every time I come in here, I feel that we're being watched and the ghost is about to appear anytime.
「這間房間實在令人感到毛骨悚然。」護士珍妮佛和一位醫生在Ｘ光室裏對話道。「不知道是不是我的錯覺，每次進來這裡都讓我感覺不寒而慄，好像鬼魂隨時都會出現一樣。」
"Hush! Don't mention the ghost!" the doctor glanced around the room, as if making sure that no one was spying on them, and continued, "To be honest, no, it's not you overreacting, I feel the same, too. I guess we'll just have to get things done as quickly as possible, then we'll get outta here. It's actually lucky that we don't have a radiographer in this hospital, or else I'll pity him!!"
「噓！別提到鬼魂！」醫生看了看四周，彷彿在確認沒有其他人後繼續說：「老實說，不是你的問題，我進來這兒也有同樣的感覺。我想我們最好趕緊將事情結束，然後離開這裡。幸好這間醫院沒有放射技師，不然我還真的會可憐他呢！」
"Oh, for god's sake, what's taking Melissa so long to get the patient!" Jennifer exclaimed, "It seems like we've been waiting here for ages."
「天啊，那個梅莉莎是跑去哪兒摸魚啦？叫她去帶個病人摸這麼久！」珍妮佛喊道。「我們在這兒等到都變木頭人了！」
"Mr Nodovan is here!" the angry nurse announced as she appeared with Jeffrey on the wheelchair and Shaun standing next to her by the doorway. "Now, my job is done, and I'm getting myself outta here before anything weird happens in this weird room." After she finished, the nurse stomped away, leaving everyone stunned.
「諾多溫先生來了！」怒氣沖沖的護士推著傑佛瑞做的輪椅和孝恩站在他身旁出現在門口。「好啦！我的任務結束了，我要離開了。等會兒說不定又要發生什麼詭異的事了！」說畢，護士便迅速地離開了。
Shaun then gave the doctor a 'is she always like that?' look, and the latter replied, "Please pay no heed to her words, she seems to be always stressed and that's how she reacts when she's stressed. I mean who wouldn't be stressed if they're working in a haunted hos....." suddenly, the doctor, checked himself, "Ummm, never mind, please get on the X-ray bed, you can take your time."
孝恩用著「她常常這樣嗎？」的眼神看著醫生，後者答道：「請別介意她所說的話，她只要壓力一大就會無理取鬧。我是說，在這種鬧鬼的地方工作誰不會壓力大......」突然醫生不講了，然後說：「嗯，不好意思，請爬上Ｘ光床，慢慢來，不要緊。
Just when Jeffrey got off the wheelchair, which he didn't even need in the first place, suddenly, Jennifer screamed and pointed at the other side of the room with a trembling finger at a ghost!
正當傑佛瑞才從他根本就不需要使用的輪椅下來後，突然，護士珍妮佛發出一聲尖叫，並用著顫抖的手指著房間的另一端的鬼魂！
"How dare you! How dare you kill me! I will make you pay! I will make you all pay!" the ghost moaned in a frightening tone as it glided across the room, then disappeared into thin air.
「你們好大的膽子！竟敢殺了我！你們會付出代價的！你們一定要付出代價！」鬼魂用著恐怖的語調呻吟著，飄過房間後就突然消失了。
After which, Jennifer collapsed onto the floor, way too shocked to work.
珍妮佛嚇倒在地上，根本無法工作。
Only after a while did Jennifer seemed to have partially recovered, then she stood up with trembling feet and operated the X-ray machine with shaking hands.
過了一會兒後，珍妮佛才緩緩地用著顫抖的腳站起來，並用抖動的雙手操作Ｘ光機。
"What was that?" Shaun inquired the doctor.
「那是什麼呀？」孝恩問道。
"Shhh! Don't tell anyone that I told you this, as we're not supposed to tell, according to the Vice Director's orders." The doctor whispered to Shaun, "But, apparently, according to the rumours, many years ago, the co-founder of this hospital, Mr Malone, had a medical malpractice and accidentally killed a patient when he shouldn't have done. The other founder- Mr Pearson, which is the father of the current Director, had covered up this malpractice for him in fear of the potential fall of the hospital if the news was leaked to the public. And the ghost of the dead patient has been haunting this hospital ever since. However, its activity recently got more frequent, and you heard it, it even threatened to take on revenge. Not long ago, the news leaked out to the public despite the Vice Director's wishes to conceal it, and now the hospital is on the verge of closing due to the lack of patients."
「噓！別告訴別人是我告訴你的，因為副院長不准我們提起。」醫生小聲地和孝恩說。「根據傳聞，多年前，醫院的發起人之一：馬龍先生因為有醫療疏失而誤殺了一名病患。醫院的另一個發起人：皮爾森先生，也就是現任院長的父親為了不讓醫院因這件事情而倒閉，所以掩蓋了這件事情。因此，死去病患的鬼魂從此在醫院裡徘徊。然而，最近，鬼魂出現的頻率不斷提高，而且，你剛剛也聽到了，他還威脅要大家付出代價。不久前，這件事情流露了出去，就連副院長也無法隱瞞了。現在，醫院因病患急速降低面臨破產的危機。」
"Do you know the name of the dead patient?" Shaun inquired.
「你知道死去病患的名字嗎？」孝恩問道。
"I'm sorry, but I don't. The incident happened 60 years ago, and it had been concealed ever since. It may not even be in the hospital records." the doctor replied, "Anyhow, I've already told you more than I should've. Please excuse me."
「抱歉，我並不知道。那是60年前的事了！再說，可能也不在醫院的紀錄裏了。」醫生答道。「總而言之，我該告訴你的跟不該告訴你的都跟你講了，我就不多嘴了。」
