Without warning, they heard a roaring sound from behind. After turning around, the group perceived that the gladiators were cheering as the Egyptian soldiers have disappeared. In fact, the Egyptian soldiers were only illusional images projected from projectors situated around the room, controlled by a remote control in Sandy's pocket. When Sandy fell on her side, the remote control in her pocket broke, so all the Egyptian soldiers have disappeared.
Suddenly, as fast as lightning, Mr Ng dashed away from the spies, towards the window on the side. "Oh no! He's getting away!" exclaimed Claire, pointing.
"Don't worry! I got him!" responded Eliza, as she took out a net gun from her pocket and fired it at the escaping man. In the blink of an eye, Felix Ng was caught in the net, struggling in vain.
"Hurrah!" exclaimed Claire and Eliza in one voice.
Soon, after receiving the spies' message informing the success of the mission, Tom called the police and arrived at the crime scene. "Beautiful work, spies!" praised Tom. "You've got to the bottom of a mystery that has baffled the police for months."
"As much as I love saving the world, I feel like, this time, it didn't really make much of a difference," sighed Eliza. "As, surely, the lost memory of the models could never be recovered?"
"You're quite mistaken," answered Tom, smiling. "The headquarters have managed to recover the lost memory of all the models, so they can return to their normal lives."
"What a happy ending!" said Claire, delighted.
"There's one unfortunate thing, though," responded Tom, smiling mischievously, and only after perceived the questioning look of the spies did he continue to speak. "Unfortunately, you two won't be able to have time to tour around Taipei this time, as there is another case waiting for you back in England. I'm afraid we'll have to call it a day and you'll have to come to Taipei again in your own time."
"WHAT!?" exclaimed Claire and Eliza in one voice and started complaining. "But that's not fair! You promised us!"
"I know...I know I did, but this is an emergency case involving volcanic eruptions," answered Tom. "Well, I guess, you'll have to sacrifice something if you want to save the world! Being secret agents aren't always that easy, you know."
