After the opening contest was drawn to a close, Dr Frank Stein, who was dressed like a king, went up on stage to announce the winners. "All of you have done really well in this dance competition, although clearly some people were more prepared than others. After this contest, we will eliminate all the candidates until we are down to the final four to participate in the semi-finals."
When Dr Frank Stein got to this part, there was a loud murmuring in the audience, which was followed by a quarrel between the pink Mediaeval princess and another lady, who was dressed like the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland. "How dare you criticise my dance moves," the pink Mediaeval princess yelled, "To be honest, your dance was a total disgrace!"
"Huh, excuse me!" the Queen of Hearts retorted, "If my dance was a disgrace, yours was no better. Frankly, I thought I saw a zombie dancing with a fan."
"You barbarian, I'm sure you won't make it into the semi-finals!" the pink Mediaeval princess screamed as her nostrils flared and eyes watered.
"My dear uncivilised creature, it's alright; if you fail, the toilet will always be there for you. Go cry in the toilet, cry-baby!"
Just when the pink princess was about to grab the hair of the Queen of Hearts, Dr Frank Stein continued, "I will now announce the remaining candidates," at this moment, the audience became silent and held their breath, "Kaho Moto, Hong Gao, Claudia Beige and Kathleen Omar."
"OMG! We're in!!" the two women who were previously quarrelling started embracing each other the moment they heard they both made it in to the semi-finals. "I'm so sorry, my sweet Kathleen, I shouldn't have insulted you!" the pink Mediaeval princess said.
"My poor wounded Claudia, will you call me sister?" the Queen of Hearts replied.
Suddenly, Dr Frank Stein began speaking again, "That was the original list that we have decided on. However, as the last two candidates were quarrelling, they are disqualified. Now, Claire Lee and Eliza Davies, are up on the list."
Claire and Eliza were so surprised by this sudden announcement that they screamed and embraced each other. The two disqualified candidates, however, started shouting insults at each other again.
"You $*&%^*#, it must be your curse," Kathleen bellowed.
"Look who's talking %*&$#!"
Dr Frank Stein then continued, "The subject of the next contest is cooking, you will be paired up and the pair will be have to prepare dinner in 30 minutes. Kaho and Hong are working together, they're coming first. After that, it's Claire and Eliza's turn."
After thirty minutes, Kaho and Hong walked out of the kitchen with delicious dishes on their hands. They have prepared a huge feast, consisting of cheese, rye bread, sausages, mashed potatoes and dessert in just thirty minutes. The 'prince' judges seemed extremely impressed as they tasted the savouring dishes. Claire and Eliza looked on at the banquet, starting to feel pressurised by the amazing talents of their competitors.
