On the next day, the obedient Prince Audrey reluctantly married Katrina in a grand wedding, all the citizens from the Kingdom came to celebrate this wonderful news.
隔天早上，聽話的奧德里王子和凱崔娜舉行了世紀大婚禮。整個王國的老百姓都前來道賀。
Everyone was extremely happy for Princess Katrina and Prince Audrey, especially the Queen, Princess Patricia's mother, who, despite her lament over her own daughter's ruined appearance, was absolutely oblivious of Katrina's evil plan, and wholeheartedly congratulated the latter. Patricia, on the other hand, held back her tears and sincerely wished them happiness.
大家都爲凱崔娜和奧德里王子感到開心，尤其是毫不知情自己的女兒是被凱崔娜害得毀容的皇后全心全意地祝福著新娘子。帕特里夏則是搶忍住淚水，誠心誠意的祝福這對新婚夫妻白頭偕老。
The King, on seeing his daughter Patricia's ruined appearance, proposed of her accompanying her sister to the neighbouring country to live, as he thought that in her current state, no prince would want to marry her anymore. To Katrina's total outrage, Patricia agreed with her father's proposal.
國王看見了帕特里夏被毀了的容貌後，心想應該不會有王子想要娶她了。於是，便提議讓她陪同姊姊一起去鄰國居住，這樣兩人也有伴兒。更令凱崔娜生氣的是：帕特里夏竟同意了父王的提議。
Prince Audrey was absolutely delighted when he acknowledged this intelligence. After they all moved to the neighbouring country, Patricia and Prince Audrey found that they had a lot of things in common, they enjoyed reading the same books, admiring the same poetry, and listening to the same type of music. In this comparison, Prince Audrey discovered Katrina to be extremely superficial, so the couple became more and more distant. On the other hand, the prince enjoyed the presence of the charismatic Patricia, whom he often chatted with about many things, even the usages of various different herbs could become their topic of conversation. The jealous Katrina often quietly observed them in a far distance, without their acknowledgement, and her hatred built up slowly, day by day.
奧德里王子聽到了這個消息非常開心。他們都搬到鄰國去住後，帕特里夏和王子才發現他們有許多相似的地方，他們喜歡讀的書、欣賞的詩詞、以及聽的音樂都一模一樣。相較之下，凱崔娜則顯得虛榮又膚淺，夫妻倆的心也離得愈來愈遙遠。在另一方面，王子很喜歡帕特里夏的陪同，兩人常常天南地北的聊天，連各種藥草的使用方法都能成為兩人的話題。嫉妒心超強的凱崔娜時常在遠處偷偷觀望兩人，心中的憎恨逐日增加。
One year after Katrina and Prince Audrey's marriage, the parents of the princesses came to visit them in their palace, when the two families were merrily chatting in the drawing room, suddenly, a few royal guards intruded and grabbed Patricia's arms.
凱崔娜和奧德里王子結婚一週年時，兩位公主的父母前來拜訪。兩個家族在客廳裏聊天時，突然，幾名皇家衛兵不請自入，並且抓起了帕特里夏的手臂。
"What are you doing to my daughter?" the Queen exclaimed.
「你們想對我女兒幹嘛？」皇后大叫道。
"Someone has reported that Princess Patricia is a witch that practices Black Magic. By our law in this country, every Black Witch must be thrown into the well, and her body burnt whilst tied up to the crucifix." the guard replied.
「有人前來通報說帕特里夏公主是會使用黑巫術的巫女。依照我國的法律，所有黑巫女都要被處以投井的刑罰，然後被綁在十字架上燒死。」衛兵回答道。
"But I am not a witch!" the terrified Patricia exclaimed, "There must've been some misunderstanding!"
「但是，我不是巫女呀！」帕特里夏喊道。「這其中一定有什麼誤會！」
Without warning, Katrina walked in front of Patricia and, to everyone's astonishment, slapped her sister on the face.
突然間，凱崔娜走到帕特里夏面前，狠狠地賞了她一記耳光。
"Stop trying to pretend you're not one, Patricia!" the dramatic Katrina screamed at the top of her voice with tears rolling down her cheeks. "It was me who reported to the King of your sinister witchcraft. I have endured your evil deeds for too long! If you do not stop now, it will only end up with you ruining our entire family!" Then Katrina continued with a sob and a more calmed tone, "It's only for your own good, Patricia! I am your sister, I would be the last one in the world to want to see my dear sister's death. But this is the only way to lead you back to the holy God. I hope that, after you're taken by Him, your mind will become more saintly and less wicked!"
「別在裝蒜了，帕特里夏！」超會演戲的凱崔娜含淚尖叫道。「是我向國王稟報妳是巫女的，我已經忍受妳的黑巫術太久了！若你現在不停止，到最後只會搞得我們家破人亡！」凱崔娜一邊啜泣一邊用較平靜的語氣繼續說道：「這都是爲你好呀，帕特里夏！我是你姊姊耶！我怎麼可能會想看到自己的妹妹去死呢？但是，這是唯一讓你回到上帝身邊的辦法。我希望，當上帝把妳帶走時，妳的身心會變得比現在更純真，並走回正道。」
"Katrina, do you have any evidence of your sister being a witch?" the desperate Queen demanded.
「凱崔娜，妳有什麼證據證明你妹妹是巫女？」心急了的皇后問道。
"Mama, look at her face! She was trying to cast a spell on me before my husband went to visit our country a year ago, but it accidentally reflected onto herself! This is the prove of Black Magic!" Katrina said whilst pointing to Patricia's green face, which was her own handiwork.
「母親，您瞧她的臉！這是在我夫君到我國拜訪的前一天晚上，她試圖讓我毀容時，結果咒語彈回了她自己身上而造成的！這就是她使用黑巫術的證據！」凱崔娜指著被她毀容的凱崔娜的臉說。
In fact, the jealous Katrina had had enough of her husband always talking to Patricia, therefore, on the previous night, she went to report her sister of being a witch to her father-in-law, the King, who already had had a prejudice against the poor girl, so he immediately believed in Katrina's lies.
事實上，凱崔娜已經無法再忍受自己的先生頻頻去找帕特里夏聊天了。於是，前一天晚上，她前去和她的公公（也就是國王）舉報了她的妹妹是巫女。而本來就對帕特里夏没什麼好感的國王也就馬上相信了凱崔娜的謊話。
Will Katrina's wicked plan succeed again, this time?
這次，凱崔娜的邪惡計畫究竟會不會成功呢？
