Before Tom could finish introducing the new gadgets, the spies have already grabbed some from the shelves and began to test them out.
"What on Earth are these ridiculous goggles for?" enquired Claire as she put on some funny-looking goggles.
"They are Far Infrared Glasses, used to detect living objects inside a building from the outside. It uses the fact that all living creatures emit radiation, the glasses are able to detect any...."
"OMG, Tom, you look even fatter through these glasses!" interrupted Claire after taking them off and tossing them aside.
"Is this just a normal boomerang? Why do we need to invent something that has already been around for ages?" asked Eliza holding up a weapon that looked like what the Aboriginals use.
"Yes, it is a boomerang, but it is not 'normal'," replied Tom. "This Boomerang is fitted with a GPS so that it will be able to track its target, hence you can never miss it. Furthermore, after hitting the target, it can be functioned to return to its owner no matter where they are."
Before it was Emily's turn to enquire what a flower-shaped thing that she was holding was, Tom said: "But all of these gadgets are still under development, and they are not due to be released for you to use until 2025. They're just here for you to see."
At the conclusion of Tom's speech, Claire and Eliza instinctively selected their spies outfits through the 'Dress-Up App' on their smartphone, which was developed by the PMSSO and in the blink of an eye, they were already changed into their outfits.
"The most useful App by far!" commented Claire.
"But it provides the ugliest clothing!" responded Eliza, "I mean.....these outfits haven't changed since we joined the PMSSO in 2012 and they're already SOOO outdated."
"I know right!" replied Claire looking at her own reflection using her phone, "I swear, I look 2 sizes larger in these."
"Ahem!" coughed Tom, which silenced the girls. "I appreciate the fact that you are eager to start your mission, but let me finish explaining first. In this mission, you'll have to travel underwater to locate the already erupted dormant volcanoes, and find out to see if there is a pattern that can help you predict the location of the next eruption. Hence, you'll not be needing your usual spy outfits, but some scuba-diving outfits....."
"Hooray!" exclaimed Claire and Eliza in one voice. "OMG! How do you know we LOVE scuba-diving?"
After taking a boat to the location of the most recent submarine volcanic eruption, the three spies put on their scuba-diving outfits and jumped into the deep ocean.
"Emily, do I look ridiculous in this scuba-diving outfit?" enquired Claire, as she could not take out her phone to look at her own reflection.
"No, you look gorgeous, darling!" responded Emily.
"How about me? I have a feeling I look fatter!" said Eliza.
