After some investigation around the area and having found nothing seemingly of any significance, the spies increased their radius of search. Suddenly, Emily came across a tower-like object in the middle of the sea-bed around 100m from the submarine volcano.
"Guys, come and take a look at this." Emily called over the other two to examine the tower, which had a pointed roof supported by four pillars and five protruding, petal-like wings extended from it, as if welcoming them into its monster-like grasp.
"Look!" exclaimed Eliza abruptly as she pointed to an object inside the tower. "It's the same jar which we found at the place of the most recent submarine volcanic eruption!"
"OMG, you're right!" said Claire as she swam towards the jar. "This is further proof that we're on the right track."
Having seen both Claire and Eliza swimming towards the tower, Emily warned anxiously. "We'd better not get too close to this tower. I can smell something fishy going around here.......I mean, why would there be such a thing in the middle of the ocean floor? I have a hunch that this might be a trap."
"Oh c'mon, Emily. Don't be so cautious!" replied Eliza waving her hands. "Come over and take a look at this jar. Surely, it can't be an identical one!"
Emily, having seen that nothing has happened after Claire and Eliza approached the tower, became more relaxed and also swam inside the tower.
"I wonder what's so interesting about this dirty old jar!" said Claire as she picked up the jar that was originally lying on the floor of the tower. At this instant, they heard a rumbling sound and perceived that the petals have already closed in around them without them noticing, and the tower was beginning to submerge into a hole in the sea-bed. All this happened in such a short time that neither of them could react before it was all too late. The spies felt themselves completely engulfed by darkness, and could only feel that they were being transported through a long-winded tunnel.
After being inside the tunnel for seemingly ages, the spies found themselves to have stopped moving altogether. Only then, did they dare open their eyes. Nevertheless, what came into view nearly took their breaths away.
"OMG, what is this place?" exclaimed Eliza in utter amazement.
In fact, after opening their eyes, they found themselves to be situated in a wonderland-like garden full of flowers and plants of all sorts of shapes and colours. What danger is waiting for them in this wonderland?
