"AAAAAAHHHHH!" Without warning, the group perceived a deafening, high-pitched scream coming from behind. After turning around, they discovered Tiffany standing in front of a Victorian cabinet, screaming her head off.
"What's the matter?" enquired Klaudia as she hurried over to the cabinet.
"Wh....what's th....that?" stuttered Tiffany as she pointed at a human skull, wearing a golden, Egyptian ring around the top of its head.
"Oh....that!" answered Klaudia, seemingly to be relieved. "That's another one of my father's antiques collection. I didn't really like it either, so I left it inside the cabinet."
"OMG, I'm so fricking tired!" said Tiffany, completely forgotten her fear from a moment ago, having lost interest after acknowledging that it was another 'antique' and lay down on the armchair.
"Oh wow! No wonder you're tired!" responded Jeffrey pointing to the Victorian grandfather clock by the sofa. "It's nearly 1 am. Wow, how time flies when you're enjoying it."
"No, Jeff, that clock seems to be wrong!" responded Shaun after glancing at his clock. "It's only half past ten according to my watch."
"Ah, yes! That grandfather clock was broken long ago." answered Klaudia. "But you must be all exhausted anyways. Let us show you your rooms, then you can get prepared for bed. I'll show the ladies their room and Bosko, could you show the gentlemen theirs?"
As Shaun and Jeffrey followed Bosko through long, winding passageways, they became quite lost. "Wow! This castle is just like a labyrinth!" complemented Jeffrey.
As they reached the end of yet another corridor, Bosko turned around and pointed to a door. "This is your room, gentlemen."
They entered the door to discover a spacious room with tiled walls, furnished with two Victorian beds, each with its own bedside table and a large wardrobe at the end of the room.
"I will let you unpack your things," said Bosko. "If you need anything, I'll be downstairs."
"Thank you, Bosko," replied Shaun.
"I wish you have a restful night, gentlemen. Good night, sleep tight and don't let the bedbugs bite. Hahahaha!" After he has finished speaking, Bosko pushed up his shades and strode away with one of his boisterous laughs.
