The night of the earthquake, Shaun had a frightening nightmare of Samurais, war, revenge, ghosts and magic all mingled into one. Sitting up on his bed after waking up from the nightmare, Shaun sat up abruptly on his bed, in the dark, panting deeply for breath, his forehead was wet with sweat.
地震的那天晚上，孝恩作了一個由日本武士、戰爭、鬼魂、以及魔法所參雜在一起的噩夢。醒來後坐在床上的孝恩用力地喘著氣，額頭上冒著冷汗。
"It was such a vivid nightmare, that it was as it was all real." Shaun thought to himself, "It has been quite a long time since I have had such a nightmare."
「那惡夢實在太逼真了！」孝恩心想。「距離我上次坐噩夢以經有好一段時間了呢！」
Still breathing deeply after the fright, Shaun crept out of his room, so as not to wake anyone up, and tiptoed down the staircase, trying his best to avoid making any sound.
驚魂未定的孝恩溜出房間，為了不吵醒任何人，他墊著腳尖走下樓梯。
Shaun entered the kitchen to get himself a glass of water in order to stay hydrated after sweating so much. Whilst he was pouring out water from the jug, he perceived sounds of footsteps, and, to his utter astonishment, Jeffrey appeared at the doorway.
孝恩走到了廚房，倒了一杯水補充一下水份。正當他在倒水時，他突然聽到腳步聲，然後，驚訝地發現傑佛瑞出現在門口。
"Jeffrey!" Shaun exclaimed in surprise, "Why are you still awake? Didn't you have a good sleep?"
「傑佛瑞！」孝恩大叫道：「你怎麼還醒著？晚上沒睡好嗎？」
"Oh, I just had a strange dream, that was all." Jeffrey replied casually, then continued, "But I bet you couldn't guess what's in the dream!?"
「噢，我只不過是作了個奇怪的夢罷了。」傑佛瑞輕鬆地回答道。「你覺對猜不到我的夢裏出現了甚麼！」
"Don't tell me it's about Samurais and wars and those kind of stuff," Shaun responded, half jokingly.
「該不會是日本武士和戰爭之類的吧？」孝恩半開玩笑的說。
"No way! How did you know?" Jeffrey cried in amazement.
「不會吧！你怎麼知道？」傑佛瑞驚訝的說。
Only then, did they discover that they both had the same weird dream, but were acting as different characters in the dream!
直到這時，他們才發現原來他們作了相同的夢，只是在夢裏，他們扮演的角色竟不一樣！
Just when they began to compare the details of their dreams, the light in the kitchen suddenly began to flicker violently. Then, without warning, three figures wearing samurai costumes appeared in the middle of the kitchen; their faces were shadowed by their helmets, so their features were extremely difficult to make out, and they seemed to be floating on thin air without any shadows.
正當他們開始談論夢境的細節時，廚房的電燈突然開始猛力的閃爍。然後，突然間，三個穿著日本武士服裝的人像出現在廚房的正中間；他們的臉都被盔甲的影子遮住了，所以很難辨別出容貌。他們似乎浮在半空中，就連影子都沒有。
They chanted in a deep, but unified voice, "Uesama, oari!" Then, the one that seemed like the leader of the three began to speak in Japanese, which, despite being fluent in the language, Shaun could hardly make out what was being said as it seemed to be the ancient tongue, "Great General, we have come back to serve thee. And we have not forgotten thy command to us, we will do our best to find that traitor Goda and make him sacrifice for our Great Motherland."
他們用著低沈、宏亮的聲音說：「屋誒撒馬，喔啊哩！」然後，長得像三個其中的首領的人用著就連懂得流利日文的孝恩都聽不懂，像是古日語的語言說道：「偉大的軍官，我們回來服侍您了！我們沒有忘記您的命令，我們一定會盡全力找到合田，並讓他付出代價，為我們的祖國而犧牲！」
Then, as abruptly as they have appeared, they disappeared and the lights went back to normal.
接著，他們便消失了，燈也恢復正常了。
Who exactly are they?
他們究竟是誰呢？
