After seeing the poor Ueda attacked by the Ghost Samurais, Shaun jumped out from his hiding place, took out the ancient book containing the spell of 'The Emperor's Command' and read it out loudly.
看到可憐的上田被鬼武士攻擊後，孝恩立馬跳出來，拿出裏面寫著『皇帝令』咒語的古書，並開始大聲朗讀。

被他們前世的將軍的出現所嚇了一跳的三個鬼武士靜止了所有動作。

然而，孝恩念完咒語後，一秒內什麼事情都沒發生。然後，他們驚訝地發現，三個鬼武士竟拿著長劍轉向孝恩和傑佛瑞。是哪裡出錯了？為什麼咒語無效？難道他們被算命師騙了？他們現在究竟該怎麼辦？
Despite their effort to turn around and run, the night was too dark for them to see anything; after some time of groping in the dark, they both tripped and fell on to the ground. They could see the three pairs of shining eyes advancing rapidly towards them.
不管他們再努力的往前跑，那天夜晚伸手不見五指，孝恩和傑佛瑞沒多久後就絆倒了，只能眼睜睜的看著三雙在黑暗中發光的眼睛緩緩向他們逼近。
Just when the three samurai spirits were a sword's distance from them, Shaun suddenly had an idea and thought to himself, "I might have read it wrong all this while! I read it in Japanese Kanji pronunciation, which didn't work, might as well give reading it in Mandarin Chinese a try, that's our only hope!"
正當三個鬼武士距離孝恩和傑佛瑞大約一把長劍的距離時，孝恩靈機一動：「我剛剛可能是讀錯了！我用日文漢字的發音讀，說不定這樣就沒有效，一定要用漢文發音。事到如今也只能奮力一搏了，畢竟這是我們唯一的希望！」
Shaun shouted the spell as loud as he could, when he got to the last character, he perceived a blinding light that shone down from the lunar eclipse, straight at the ghosts of the three samurais. Then, as light as feather, the three spirits gradually rose into the air, as if taken by the light up to heaven. As the spirits were slowly rising, they chanted in one voice, "Arigato gozaimashida, sayonara!", meaning "Thank you very much and farewell."
孝恩大聲唸出咒語，當他讀到最後一個字時，他看見一道明亮的光線從月蝕射出來，照在三個鬼武士身上。然後，彷彿羽毛般輕盈，鬼武士們飄了起來，被光帶往了天堂。鬼武士的靈魂升天時，他們異口同聲地說：「啊哩嘎多勾哉一嘛洗打，塞優那拉！」，意思就是：「非常謝謝您，永別了！」
In fact, in Shaun's last life, who was general Hojo, after having learnt that he had mistaken Goda for a traitor, and, by mistake, ordered his three samurais to make Goda pay, therefore, after their death, their spirits could not rest in peace. Knowing about the spell of the 'Emperor's Command', he secretly wrote to the Japanese Emperor and begged him to use the 'Emperor's Command' to make the three samurais rest in peace. Nevertheless, the 'Emperor's Command' could only work when pronounced in Mandarin Chinese, which the Japanese Emperor couldn't understand. So, Hojo prayed that in his next life, he would become a Chinese in order to read the 'Emperor's Spell' to free his warriors from the heavy burden of his command. Now, after eight hundred years, the three spirits could eventually rest in peace.
原來，在孝恩前世，也就是北條將軍，後來知道是他誤會了合田，並下達了錯誤的命令給他的武士們要他們殺死合田後，知道『皇帝令』這個咒語的他趕緊偷偷地寫了一封信給日本天皇，請求他使用『皇帝令』讓那三個武士的冤魂能得到安息。然而，『皇帝令』咒語一定要使用漢語發音，不能用日語和字發音；但日本天皇又不懂漢語。於是，北條便請求在他轉世投胎後，他要當一個中國人，為了能讀懂咒語，解放那三個冤魂。現在，在距離此事件八百年後，鬼武士的靈魂終於能夠安息了。
