After hearing the advice of the fortune-teller, the two friends returned home to do some further research. Shaun said, "We cannot completely trust her words, although we can use it as a rough guideline, it does not hurt to put some doubt in its reliability."
聽完了算命師的建議後，兩個好朋友便趕回家，繼續找資料。孝恩說：「雖然我們能大約朝這個方向找線索，但是我們還是得存點兒疑心，不能完全相信她的話。」
They started their research in the library of Shaun's home, which contained a lot of ancient Chinese books and classics.
他們在藏有許多古書及文學經典的孝恩家的圖書館開始找尋線索。
Eventually, after hours and hours of research, in the afternoon, they found a book with pages tainted with yellow spots and covered completely in dust, which contained, in minuscule writing, a small passage of the spell: "Emperor's Command".
終於，皇天不負苦心人，在下午，被他們找到了一本佈滿了灰塵及黃色斑點的書，裏面用著小小的字寫著一段『皇帝令』的咒語。
Then, Shaun logged on to his laptop, and found the Facebook page of Ueda Ichiro, the reincarnated life of Goda, whom the three Samurai spirits were planning to kill.
然後，孝恩開電腦，在網路上找到了『上田一郎』，也就是合田的轉世以及鬼武士想要殺的對象，的臉書頁面。
"Great!" Shaun almost exclaimed in relieve after reading the latest updates on Ueda's Facebook page, "He has just recently arrived at Beijing to meet up with his friend, whom he is planning to dine with tonight in a restaurant near here!"
「太棒了！」孝恩讀完上田的粉絲專頁上最新動態後大叫道：「他才剛來到北京，準備要和朋友在我們這附近的餐廳用餐。」
"And we've got to follow him tonight, to prevent any harm from being done to him by the ghost samurais," Jeffrey said, then after glancing at the clock on the wall with its hour hand pointing at number five, exclaimed in horror, "Oh no! We don't have much time left! Ueda is meeting up with his friend at six, we've got to hurry."
「今晚我們一定要跟著他，絕對不能讓他受到任何傷害。」傑佛瑞說。然後，他看了看牆上時針已只到五的時鐘後驚叫道：「噢、不！我們剩下的時間不多了！合田要在六點和朋友見面，我們得趕快了！」
"And what's more!" Shaun groaned, "There will be a total lunar eclipse tonight! So the entire city would be completely enveloped in the dark! What a great timing the samurai spirits chose to take revenge today!"
「還有呢！」孝恩說：「今晚會有月全蝕！所以整個城市都會被籠罩在黑夜裏！那些鬼武士還真會挑時間！」
Will they be able to save Ueda before it's too late?
他們究竟能不能成功拯救上田呢？
