Robin Hood and the Sword of Justice-1 羅賓漢與正義之劍-1

One day, Robin Hood was in the saloon eating breakfast, when the owner, who loves hearing and speaking about gossips, came over to Robin's table and said. "Good morning, sir!"

"Good morning, Mr Blabberstone, the weather is very fine today." Robin replied politely.

"Indeed it is!" responded Mr Blabberstone, "Speaking about the weather, have you heard of the latest news about this Sword of Justice?"

"Sword of Justice?" Robin inquired inquisitively, "No, I haven't. Is there anything peculiar about it?"

"I've heard lots about it, and most are in the superlative." Mr Blabberstone whispered quietly and looked around to make sure that no one was listening, "Indeed they say that it is the best sword that has ever existed in this world, some even said that it came from another world, in fact, it could well have descended from the world of Gods! The sword is not only very sharp, but it seems to have a magic of its own, it can only be commanded by the benevolent, whose aim is to do good to the world and rid of its evils. But no one yet was able to release it from its current position- stuck in the middle of a rock!"

"Really?" Robin tried very hard to conceal his interest in the topic, but was unable to hide it from the saloon owner. "Do you happen to know where it is situated?"

"Ahhhh! That, I am not very sure of!" Mr Blabberstone pretended to scratch his head in order to hide the sinister smirk on his face, "All I know is that it is situated on top of the nearest mountain...."

Robin, who has by now finished his breakfast and received the information he desired, paid his bill and headed off to Maid Marian's home, his most trusted friend.

After arriving at Maid Marian's house, Robin recounted the whole story he has heard from the saloon owner to her.

"And, I have decided to go on a quest in search of it." Robin concluded, "Since, you are my best and most trusted friend since childhood, I have decided to take you with me in order to help me on my quest. Would you like to come with me?"

"Indeed, it sounds very interesting." Maid Marian, who has been secretly in love with Robin since their childhood, was delighted to receive his invitation and quickly replied, "I would be glad to go with you!"

Therefore, on the next day, Robin and maid Marian packed some things and headed off to the nearest mountain- Mount Ceteris.

In order to reach that mountain, they have to pass a dense and lush forest that were rumoured to be inhabited by a lot of monsters, therefore, Robin brought some weapons with his in order to defend for themselves in case of any attacks.

Robin and Maid Marian strolled merrily in the forest, the warm rays of sunshine poured through the dense leaves of the trees and lighted up their path whilst they chatted away about their past memories together.

However, good things never last, after some time in the forest, they reached an area where the trees were taller, and more tightly packed then ever, expelling the sun outside, making their paths darker than ever.

Soon, night began to slowly envelope the forest, when they discovered that they were lost.

Suddenly, they heard from not far off came a long, menacing howl of a wolf.......
