Claire 和 Eliza 走出了海灘旁的更衣室，發現其他人都還沒換好。不久後，娜迪雅也穿著她的比基尼走了出來。「天啊！你的比基尼好靚啊！」Eliza 稱讚道。

「謝啦！」娜迪雅答道。「你的泳裝也不賴呀！」

「他們在做啥呀？怎麼這麼慢吞吞的呀？」Claire 說。

「誰管他們呀！」Eliza 坐在海灘椅上說。「我們先做好我們的防曬準備，等會兒他們應該就會出現了吧！」

Après que Claire et Eliza aient quitté les vestiaires près de la plage, elles étaient suprises qu'aucun de leurs amis n'était encore sorti. Cependant, elles étaient bientôt suivis par Nadia, vêtue de son tout nouveau bikini.

"Mon dieu, j'adore ton bikini, Nadia!" s'exclama Eliza.

"Merci, ma chérie!" répondit Nadia, "Ton tankini de style tropical a l'air bien joli aussi!"

"Pourquoi ils prennent tellement de temps pour changer?" demanda Claire en se référant aux garçons et à Tiffany.

"Nah, qui s'en soucie?" répliqua Eliza en marchant sur une chaise de plage, "Mettons de la crème solaire, ils seront probablement prêts quand nous aurons fini."

After Claire and Eliza walked out of the changing rooms by the beach, they found that none of their friends were out yet. However, they were soon followed by Nadia, dressed in her brand new bikini.

"OMG! I love your bikini, Nadia!" exclaimed Eliza. 

"Aw, thanks, sweetie!" responded Nadia, "Your tropical-style tankini looks pretty neat, too!" 

"What's taking them so long to change?" wondered Claire, referring to the boys and Tiffany. 

"Nah! Who cares about them?" replied Eliza, treading over to a beach chair, "Let's put on some sunscreen. They'll probably be ready by the time we finish."

登機後，蒂芬尼依然沒有停止抱怨。「天啊！你看這個這麼小的座位！」蒂芬尼指著經濟艙的座位驚嘆道。「我是說⋯⋯我是很瘦啦！但是並不代表我得擠進這麼小的座位裏。你們怎麼沒訂頭等艙啊？」

「不好意思喔，帝芬尼大小姐。我們沒有像你這麼有錢，連不到兩小時的飛行時間都要坐頭等艙，好嗎？」Eliza 翻著白眼說。「況且我之前訂票時也問過妳要不要自己一個人坐在頭等艙，也是妳自己說要跟大家坐的呀！」

「我是說我要跟小傑坐！」蒂芬尼撥著頭髮說。「現在是最壞的情況～坐在經濟艙，還跟妳們一起！討厭！」

正當 Claire 要出面緩解糾紛時，一名空服員推著餐車出現了，並問 Eliza：「小姐您好，請問您想喝點什麼呢？」

「嗯⋯⋯」正當 Eliza 準備回答時，蒂芬尼插嘴道：「給我一杯熱帶果汁！」

「不好意思，我是在問坐在您旁邊的這位美麗小姐，」空服員微笑著說。「還有，很抱歉，我們沒有熱帶果汁，本航班只提供蘋果汁或是柳橙汁兩種果汁。」

「噁～誰要喝那些啊？」蒂芬尼不屑地說。「我看它們根本只是含有超標塑化劑的人工色素加自來水吧？那⋯⋯給我一杯熱拿鐵好了～半杯低脂有機鮮乳、半杯現磨巴西咖啡豆，外加一包代糖。」

「很抱歉，本航班只提供美式黑咖啡。」

「吼～你們眞的是要什麼沒什麼耶！我不管，我要換到頭等艙，看那邊的服務會不會好一點！」

「很抱歉，本班機的頭等艙已客滿，」空服員答道。「如果您不需要飲料，請別耽誤到大家。謝謝！」

「喂！這是什麼爛航空公司啊！你們不僅提供的餐點差到爆，服務態度也眞是有夠爛，你⋯⋯」蒂芬尼大聲嚷嚷道。

「閉嘴，臭三八！您現在有兩個選項：乖乖坐好或是我請保安人員把您請下飛機！」空服員臉上掛著甜美的笑容說畢後，便優雅的推著餐車離開了，留下蒂芬尼坐在那兒，被訓得啞口無言、氣得面紅耳赤。

Les plaintes de Tiffany ne se sont pas arrêtées après avoir embarqué l'avion.

"Oh mon Dieu, regarde ces petits sièges!" s'exclama Tiffany en pointant vers les sièges de la classe économique. "J'veux dire ... j'suis plutôt mince, mais ça veut pas dire que j'veux me faufiler dans ce petit espace. Pourquoi n'as-tu pas réservé un siège de première classe?"

"Eh bien, j'suis désolée Tiffany, mais nous sommes pas aussi riches que toi, nous pouvons pas nous permettre un siège de première classe", répondit Eliza en roulant des yeux. "Je t'ai demandé si cela te dérangerait de t'asseoir toute seule en première classe, mais t'as dit que tu veux t'asseoir avec nous!"

"Non, j'ai dit que je voulais m'asseoir avec Jeffie!" répondit Tiffany en lui brossant les cheveux. "Et, maintenant, c'est le pire des cas - assise en classe économique, et avec vous deux! Urgh!"

Au moment où Claire était sur le point de riposter, une hôtesse de l'air apparut, poussant un chariot plein de boissons et interrogea Eliza. "Bonjour mademoiselle, qu'est-ce que vous voudriez boire?"

"Hum ..." juste au moment où Eliza était sur le point de répondre, interrompit Tiffany. "Donne-moi un verre de jus de fruits tropicaux!"

"Je suis vraiment désolée, mademoiselle, mais je demandais à cette belle dame ici," répondit l'hôtesse de l'air, avec un doux sourire sur son visage. "Et je crains que nous n'ayons pas de jus de fruits tropicaux, mais nous avons le choix entre du jus de pomme ou du jus d'orange."

"Ew, qui veut ceux-là?" s'exclama Tiffany en reniflant. "Il me semble que ce ne sont que des pigments chimiques inorganiques et artificiels, mélangés à de l'eau du robinet. Donne-moi ensuite un café au lait demi-écrémé, avec un sachet d'Assugrin. "

"Je suis vraiment désolée, mademoiselle, mais nous ne servons que du café noir américain sur ce vol."

"T'as rien, non? J'veux changer en première classe, j'espère que la service là-bas sera meilleur."

"Je suis vraiment désolée, mais la première classe est maintenant complètement pleine," répondit l'hôtesse de l'air. "Si vous ne voulez pas boire, s'il vous plait, ne tenez pas la file, merci!"

"Mon dieu! Quel genre de compagnie êtes-vous? Vous n'avez RIEN qui puisse satisfaire votre client, et sans parler de votre mauvais service, vous ...." gronda Tiffany.

"Fermez votre gueule, ch**nne. Vous avez deux options: rester là où vous êtes maintenant et arrêter de vous plaindre ou quitter l'avion." L'hôtesse de l'air dit tout cela avec un doux sourire sur son visage, puis, elle repoussa gracieusement le chariot, laissant Tiffany assise là avec sa bouche ouverte aussi large qu'un hippopotame.

Tiffany's complaints didn't stop after boarding the aircraft. 

"Oh my goodness, look at those tiny seats!" exclaimed Tiffany as she pointed at the seats in the economy class. "I mean......I'm pretty skinny, but it doesn't mean that I want to squeeze in this small space. Why didn't you book a first class seat?" 

"Well, I'm sorry Tiffany, but we're not as rich as you. We can't afford a first class seat," responded Eliza rolling her eyes. "We did ask you if you mind sitting alone in first class, but you said that you wanted to sit with everyone else!" 

"No, I said I wanted to sit with Jeffie!" replied Tiffany, brushing back her hair. "And, now, this is the worst case scenario - sitting in economy class, and stuck with you two! Urgh!"

Just when Claire was about to retort, a flight attendant appeared, pushing a cart full of drinks and enquired Eliza. "Hello miss, what would you like to drink?" 

"Um...." just when Eliza was about to reply, Tiffany interrupted. "Give me a glass of tropical fruit juice!" 

"I'm very sorry, miss. But, I was asking this beautiful lady over here," replied the air hostess, with a sweet smile on her face. "And I'm afraid we don't have tropical fruit juice. However, we do have a choice of apple juice or orange juice." 

"Ew, who wants those?" exclaimed Tiffany, snorting, "I bet they're just inorganic, artificial, chemical colour pigments mixed with tap water. Give me a latte then - half semi-skimmed, organic milk; half freshly-ground Brazilian coffee with one packet of Assugrin." 

"I'm very sorry, miss. But we only serve American black coffee on this flight."

"You don't have anything, do you? I want to change to first class, I hope the service there is much better." 

"I'm very sorry but first class is now completely full," responded the air hostess. "If you do not want a drink, please do not hold up the line. Thank you!"

"OMFG! What kind of airline are you? You have NOTHING that can satisfy your customer, and not to mention your poor service, you...." scolded Tiffany. 

"Shut the f*** up, b****. You have two options: remain where you are and stop complaining or leave the plane. Your choice!" The air hostess said all this with a sweet smile on her face, then, she gracefully pushed the cart away, leaving Tiffany sitting there, speechless, with her mouth opened as wide as a hippo.

「噢買尬～你看這麼多人在排隊，到底要等多久纔會輪我們啊？」蒂芬尼看著機場報到櫃檯、邊撥弄著頭髮邊抱怨道。「要不是我爸要出差，我們就可以搭乘他的專屬私人飛機了！天啊！光看到這些人就覺得頭皮發麻！」

「誒，你可不可以不要再抱怨啦，蒂芬尼！」Eliza 冷冷地說。「我們纔剛開始排隊，好嗎？你就是平常過著奢華的生活，所以纔過不慣我們這些平民的日子！」

「我眞不敢相信咱們要去法國南部度假了！」Claire 趕緊轉移話題說。「我已經迫不急待要在蔚藍海岸上做日光浴了！」

"Mon dieu, regarde cette longue file, combien de temps devons-nous attendre?" se plaignit Tiffany en repoussant ses cheveux de frustration après avoir jeté un coup d'œil à la file d'attente devant leur comptoir d'enregistrement à l'aéroport. "Si c'était pas parce que mon père devait faire un voyage d'affaires urgent, nous aurions pu monter à bord de mon jet privé. Sérieusement, regarde cette file d'attente! Quand sera-il notre tour?"

"Calme-toi, Tiffany!" répondit Eliza froidement. "Nous venons littéralement de faire la queue, t'es trop habituées à ta vie de luxe, de sorte que tu peux pas t'conformer aux normes ordinaires."

"Sur le bon côté, j'peux pas croire que nous allons réellement au sud de la France!" s'exclama Claire en essayant de changer de sujet. "Mon dieu, j'ai hâte de prendre un bain de soleil sur la Côte d'Azur."

"OMG! Look at this long queue, how long do we have to wait for?" complained Tiffany as she brushed her hair back in frustration after glancing at the queue in front of their check-in counter at the airport. "If it wasn't because my dad had to go on an urgent business trip, we could've boarded my private jet. OMG, look at this queue! Is it ever gonna be our turn?"

"Calm down, Tiffany!" replied Eliza coolly. "We've literally just got into the queue. You're just too used to your life of luxury so that you cannot conform to ordinary standards." 

"On the bright side, I can't believe we're actually going to the South of France!" exclaimed Claire, trying to change the topic. "OMG, I can't wait to sunbathe on the Côte d'Azur."

「把雙手擧起來，不准動。妳已經被警方包圍了，反抗是無效的！」突然，一名員警從盤旋於上空的直昇機梯子爬下，拿著槍指著博士説。「警方以試圖統治世界之罪名逮捕你。你有權保持沉默，否則你所説的一切，都能而且將會在法庭上作爲指控你的不利證據。」

事實上，瑪蘿博士在解釋自己犯罪的動機時，艾米莉就偷偷聯繫了總部並向警方請求了支援。因此，警察纔得以迅速趕到現場。

"Levez les mains et ne bougez pas, vous êtes entourée et la résistance est futile!" Sans avertissement, un policier apparut après avoir descendu l'échelle d'un hélicoptère et pointé une arme vers la professeur choqué. "Vous êtes en état d'arrestation pour avoir tenté de conquérir le monde, vous avez le droit de garder le silence, et tout ce que vous dites peut et sera utilisé contre vous devant la justice."

En fait, pendant le discours du Dr Marlow, Emily avait secrètement contacté le quartier général et appelé la police sans qu'elles s'en aperçoivent. Ainsi, la police put arriver juste à temps pour les sauver.

Playmobil Spies: Floral Frenzy-13 (Final Ending)

"Raise both your hands and do not move, you're surrounded and resistance is futile!" Without warning, a police officer appeared after climbing down the ladder of a helicopter and pointed a gun at the shocked professor. "You are under arrest for attempting to conquer the world. You have the right to remain silent, and anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law." 

In fact, during Dr Marlow's speech, Emily had secretly contacted the headquarters and called the police without their noticing. Thus, the police was able to arrive just in time for their rescue.

突然，瑪蘿博士毫無預警的走向前賞了蒂芬尼一記耳光。瞬間，蒂芬尼又變回了艾米莉。後者摸著腫脹的臉頰，完全不知道上一分鐘究竟是發生了什麼事。然而，瑪蘿博士並無察覺有何異樣，繼續駡道：「妳在批評我的穿著之前也不會先問問我爲什麼會這樣做。這都是因爲我心愛的樹～皮杜尼。小時候，我患有嚴重的自閉症，因此我没有朋友。當其他的孩子在街上玩跳繩、踢足球時，我喜歡自己獨自一人在我家前院的樹上的樹屋裏看著書。雖然到了十歲，樹屋的空間已經很難在容下我了，我還是無法離它而去。我還把那間樹屋底下的樹命名爲皮杜尼。然而，在我十一歲生日時，市議會的人發現皮杜尼的樹根開始延展到人行道上，於是便毫不留情的給我最好的朋友皮杜尼判了死刑。雖然我爸爸試圖阻止整件悲劇發生，然而他們還是殘忍的砍掉了皮杜尼。」説到這裏，瑪蘿博士不禁流下了傷心的眼淚。

Sans avertissement et à l'horreur totale de Claire et Eliza, Dr Marlow s'avança et gifla Tiffany au visage. Immédiatement, Tiffany se transforma encore en Emily, qui toucha gracieusement son visage douloureux et jeta un coup d'œil autour d'elle, inconsciente de ce qui venait de se passer. Néanmoins, Dr Marlow ne remarqua pas le changement et persévéra dans ses manières.

"Comment oses-tu insulter la façon dont je m'habille sans d'abord demander la raison pour laquelle je fais cela?" cria le professeur qui, après s'être calmé un peu, continua. "Tout cela est en l'honneur de Pétunia, mon arbre préféré, qui était planté dans mon jardin. Quand j'étais un enfant, j'avais un grave cas d'autisme, donc, je n'avais pas d'amis. Alors que d'autres enfants jouaient à la corde dans les rues, je préférais lire seule, tout en étant caché dans la demeure sûre de ma petite cabane dans cet arbre, qui avait été déjà trop petite pour moi à l'âge de dix ans. Un jour, le conseil municipal ordonna la mort de Pétunia, mon unique amie, après avoir remarqué que ses racines commençaient à pénétrer le pavé devant ma maison, mon père fit de son mieux pour les en empêcher, mais enfin, Pétunia fut coupée sans pitié." A ce moment de son discours, Dr Marlow s'arrêta pour qu'elle puisse retenir ses larmes qui coulaient sur sa joue.

Without warning and to the utter horror of Claire and Eliza, Dr Marlow came forward and slapped Tiffany on the face. Immediately, Tiffany has transformed into Emily again, who gracefully clasped her sore face and glanced around, oblivious of what had just happened. Nonetheless, Dr Marlow didn't notice the change, and persevered with her ways. 

"How dare you insult the way I dress without first enquiring about the reason for which I do this," screeched the professor, who, after having calmed down a bit, continued. "This is all in honour of Petunia, my favourite pepper tree planted in my front garden. As a child, I had a severe case of autism, therefore, I did not have any friends. Whilst other children played jump rope on the streets, I preferred reading alone, while concealed in the safe abode of my mini treehouse, in which I have struggled to fit at the age of ten, on top of the pepper tree Petunia, whom I have named. Nevertheless, on my eleventh birthday, the city council ordered the death of Petunia, my only friend, after having noticed that its roots are beginning to penetrate the pavement in front of my house. My dad did his best to prevent them, but in the end, Petunia was cut down mercilessly." At this point in her speech, Dr Marlow paused in order that she could suppress her tears from trickling down her cheek.

臭嘴食人花以驚人的速度逼近嬌娃們，並開始攻擊。「啊！」Claire 尖叫完剛好躱過食人花血盆大口的攻擊。然而，食人花彷彿會思考一般，隨後便轉頭要攻擊艾米莉。

「想都別想！」Eliza 身手矯健的從後面抓住了食人花並用力將其拉開。然而，食人花伸出了莖把艾米莉絆倒了。艾米莉後腦勺着地，中中地摔了一跤。

La fleur carnivore avec une mauvaise haleine avança vers les espionnes et commença à les attaquer.

"Ahhh!" cria Claire en précipitant juste à temps pour éviter une morsure menaçante de la fleur agressive. Néanmoins, la fleur semblait avoir un propre esprit et tourna sa tête pour attaquer Emily à la place.

"N'ose-tu pas!" s'exclama Eliza en attrapant agilement la tige de la fleur par derrière pour l'éloigner de son amie. Mais, la fleur frustrée prolongea une de ses racines et fit trébucher Emily, qui ne fut pas assez de temps pour réagir, tomba sur sa tête et étendit immobile sur la terre.

The 'mobile, man-eating flower with a foul breath' advanced towards the spies and began to attack. 

"Ahhh!" Claire screamed as she dashed away just in time to avoid a menacing bite of the aggressive flower. Nevertheless, the flower appeared to have a mind of its own and turned its head to attack Emily instead. 

"Don't you dare!" exclaimed Eliza as she agile grabbed the flower stem from behind in order to pull it away from her friend. But, the frustrated flower extended one of its roots and tripped Emily, who haven't had enough time to react, fell on her head and lay motionless on the ground

經過了一番掙扎後，嬌娃們終於受夠了。她們各自使出必殺絕技，轉眼間，綁匪仙女們紛紛都倒在了地上，從頭部冒出了陣陣的濃煙。「原來她們都是機器人啊？」Eliza 説。「難怪她們會長得這麼漂亮！我就知道眞人是不會有這麼美的！」

「除非她們都去韓國整容過了⋯⋯」Claire 冷冷地答道。

Après un moment de lutte, les espionnes décidèrent qu'elles en avaient assez. Chacune exécuta son meilleur tour d'arts martiaux, et en un clin d'œil, les fées kidnappeurs étaient toutes étendues sur la terre, avec de la fume sortant de diverses parties de leurs corps.

"Ce sont des robots!" s'exclama Eliza. "Pas étonnant qu'elles soient si jolies! Sûrement, aucun vrai humain peut être si beau?"

"A moins qu'elles étaient toutes allées en Corée pour une chirurgie plastique..." remarqua Claire avec son ton satirique habituel.

After some time of struggling, the spies decided that they've had enough. Each performed their best martial-arts trick, and in the blink of an eye, the kidnapper-fairies were all lying on the grass, with smoke coming out of various parts of their bodies. 

"They're robots!" exclaimed Eliza. "No wonder they're so pretty! Surely, no real humans can be that beautiful?"

"Unless they've all been to Korea for plastic surgery....." remarked Claire with her usual satirical tone.

「看來，是時候換上嬌娃裝了！」Eliza 説。

「好主意！」艾米莉也拿出了智慧型手機，點選了總部研發的變裝APP。

然而，轉眼間，當大家都換好衣服後，Claire 和 Eliza 驚訝的看著對方。「我的老天鵝啊！妳的制服是發生啥事兒啦？」原來，嬌娃們穿了五年的嬌娃裝被換掉了。取而代之的是華而不實、造型誇張至極的緊身衣。Eliza 的制服上半身變成了紅色的緊身衣配上金屬拉鍊，下半身則是超緊的緊身褲搭配褐色的高跟靴子。Claire 的上半身則是超深V領的綠色緊身衣，下半身也和 Eliza 的類似。

"On ferait mieux de changer dans nos uniformes d'espionnes, en cas d'urgence," conclut Eliza.

"Bonne idée!" répondit Emily en sortant son portable et choisissant l'app «Outfits», qu'elles utilisent pour changer de tenues.

Cependant, en un clin d'œil, après qu'elles aient toutes fini de changer, Claire et Eliza se regardèrent et haletèrent d'étonnement. "Mon dieu! Qu'est-il arrivé à ton uniforme?" En fait, le costume d'espionne qu'elles avaient porté pendant cinq ans a maintenant été remplacé par des combinaison-pantalons extravagants et ridicules. Eliza a eu une chemise rouge avec une fermeture à glissière en métal, des jambières noires très serrées et de longues bottes marron à talons hauts. La tenue de Claire était une chemise verte avec un décolleté en forme de V super bas et des jambières et des bottes semblables à celles d'Eliza.

"Looks like we'd better change into our spies outfit, in case of any emergencies," concluded Eliza. 

"Great idea!" responded Emily as they all took out their smartphones and selected the 'Outfits App', which they used to change outfits. 

However, in the blink of an eye, after they have all finished changing, Claire and Eliza looked at each other and gasped in astonishment. "OMG! What happened to your outfit?" In fact, the spies outfit they've worn for five years have now been replaced by extravagant, ridiculous cat-suits. Eliza now had a red top with a metal zipper, super tight black leggings and long, high-heeled, brown boots; Claire's outfit was a green top with a super low V-shaped neckline and similar leggings and boots as Eliza's.

調查完周遭後，嬌娃們發現並無異樣；於是她們決定擴大搜索範圍。突然，艾米莉看見了一座離火山爆發的中心大約有100公尺距離的高塔聳立在海牀上。

「妳們趕緊來看！」艾米莉把大夥兒叫過來一起凝視著奇怪的高塔，其尖尖的屋頂被四根柱子支撑著。它的外側還有五片花瓣似的翅膀，彷彿張開雙手歡迎著嬌娃們投入它的懷抱。

Après quelques recherches autour de la zone et n'ayant rien trouvé de significatif, les espions augmentèrent leur rayon de recherche. Soudainement, Emily tomba sur un objet ressemblant à une tour au milieu du fond de la mer à environ 100 m du volcan sous-marin.

"Regardez!" Emily appela les deux autres pour examiner la tour, qui avait un toit pointu soutenu par quatre piliers et cinq ailes saillantes en forme de pétales, comme si elle les accueillait dans son étreinte monstrueux.

After some investigation around the area and having found nothing seemingly of any significance, the spies increased their radius of search. Suddenly, Emily came across a tower-like object in the middle of the sea-bed around 100m from the submarine volcano.

"Guys, come and take a look at this." Emily called over the other two to examine the tower, which had a pointed roof supported by four pillars and five protruding, petal-like wings extended from it, as if welcoming them into its monster-like grasp.

其實，嬌娃們之所以會驚聲尖叫是因爲看的了艾米莉標記的地圖上竟呈現了一個符號。「這看起來像是未完成的X！」Eliza 用著手指在地圖上描繪了一下後説。「可是，這樣太難預測下一個爆發地點了⋯⋯我是説，下一個地方可能是這裏、這裏、或是那裏。」

「或許，這是國字的『入』」Claire 提議道。

「或者是⋯⋯」艾米莉用著認眞思考的語氣説。「這是希臘字母中的Lamda Λ。」

「噢買尬、噢買尬、噢買尬！」Claire 興奮地説。

「你怎麼啦？今天早上喝的咖啡裏的咖啡因終於開始奏效了嗎？」Eliza 開玩笑地問。

「等等⋯⋯」Claire 抓起了艾米莉的筆電，在搜尋引擎中狂搜索。「妳記得今天早上我們去聽她的講座的那個植物學家的名字是什麼嗎？」

「好像是曼蒂・瑪蘿吧！」Eliza 答道。「説實話，我根本没在專心聽海樂在碎碎念些什麼。妳爲什麼突然問這個？」

「我的老天鵝啊！妳們瞧兒！」Claire 指著一篇有關瑪蘿博士的網頁説。

「天啊！上面寫説瑪蘿博士其實是希臘人，被一個英國家庭認養，十年前嫁給了一個美國人，」Eliza 讀道。「這還眞是個宇宙無敵大八卦呀！只是，這跟我們的任務有什麼關係啊？」

「上面還寫説她特別喜歡用火山泥來當她研發的反放射波植物的肥料。」艾米莉接著説。

「她最近找到了自己的親生父母，其姓氏就是希臘字母 Lambda Λ 開頭的！」Eliza 説。

「看來，此謎題算是破解了！」艾米莉高興得説。

「妳是怎麼想到她的呀？」Eliza 問道。

「剛剛聽了艾米莉説火山泥可以用來當植物的肥料，」Claire 解釋道。「我就想起今早瑪蘿博士似乎有提到這件事兒。」

「我還以爲妳睡着了呢！」Eliza 説。

「我的確睡着了！我是聽到了『火山泥』這三個字纔淸醒的！」Claire 笑著説。「因爲我還以爲她要講火山泥面膜呢～呵呵！」

「總而言之，妳眞是個名符其實的天才啊～Claire！」艾米莉讚美道。「現在地圖上顯示只有一個有可能會火山爆發的地點了！」

「太棒了！我就知道同心協力一定能解開謎題的！」嬌娃們興高采烈的擊掌道。

找到了下個火山會爆發的地點後，嬌娃們再度潛到大海裏去尋找線索。「我們分頭找吧！」艾米莉説。「希望還來得及～」

En fait, la raison pour laquelle les espions hochèrent d'étonnement après avoir perçu la carte marquée d'Emily était parce qu'il semblait y avoir un symbole ambigu. "Cela ressemble à un X inachevé", conclut Eliza en traçant le symbole en forme de montagne avec ses doigts. "Mais c'est trop difficile de prédire l'emplacement suivant ... J'veux dire, ça pourrait être ici, ici ou ici."

"Ou, ce pourrait être un caractère chinois pour le mot 'dans'," suggéra Claire.

"C'est peut-être pas un X inachevé", répondit lentement Emily sur son ton pensif. "Ce pourrait être une Lambda, une lettre dans l'alphabet grec."

"Mon dieu!" s'exclama Claire d'excitation.

"Quoi de neuf, as-tu eu trop de café ce matin?" demanda Eliza en plaisantant.

"Attends une minute ......" marmonna Claire et elle commença à chercher frénétiquement sur le web en utilisant l'ordinateur portable d'Emily. "Te souviens-tu le nom de la botaniste dont le cours on est allé ce matin?"

"J'pense que c'est Mandy Marlow, mais je suis pas sûre ..." dit Eliza avec hésitation, "Pour être franc, j'écoutais à peine quand Heather parlait d'elle."

"Mon dieu, regardez ça!" dit Claire en montrant une page Web qui présentait Dr Mandy Marlow.

In fact, the reason why the spies gasped in astonishment after having perceived Emily's marked map was because there seemed to be an ambiguous pattern. "This looks like an unfinished X," concluded Eliza as she traced the mountain-like pattern with her fingers. "But this is way too hard to predict the next location.....I mean, it could be here, here or here."

"Or, it could be a Chinese character for the word 'in'," suggested Claire. 

"Or.....this may not be an unfinished X," responded Emily slowly in her pensive tone. "It could be a Lambda, a letter in the Greek alphabet."

"OMG OMG OMG!" exclaimed Claire in excitement. 

"What's up? Has the caffeine in your morning coffee finally caught up with you?" enquired Eliza jokingly. 

"Wait a minute......" mumbled Claire as she grabbed Emily's laptop and started to search on the web frantically. "D'you remember what the name of the Botanist, the one we went to her lecture, is?"

"I think it's Mandy Marlow? I'm not sure though..." said Eliza hesitantly, "To be frank, I was barely listening when Heather was talking about her. Why are you asking?"

"OMG, guys, take a look at this!" said Claire as she pointed at a web page introducing Dr Mandy Marlow.

找到了海底火山爆發的位置後，嬌娃們便開始調查周遭的環境，試圖發現一些線索。「怎麼到處都是海洋植物啊？」Claire 四處張望後說。「這裏什麼都没有，只有噁心的海底生物。噁～走開啦！」Claire 看著一隻螃蟹緩緩游向自己後尖叫道。

「Claire，別擔心！」艾米莉輕聲細語地說。「牠不過是隻可愛的螃蟹罷了。來我這兒吧，螃蟹先生，讓我摸摸你！」突然間，螃蟹竟夾了艾米莉的手指。「哎唷喂呀～好痛啊！」艾米莉連大叫都是這麼的優雅。

Ayant localisé l'endroit de l'éruption volcanique sous-marine, les espions commencèrent leur enquête autour de la zone pour trouver des indices qui pourraient les aider à prédire le prochain lieu d'éruption.

"Tout ce que j'peux voir, ce sont des plantes aquatiques," conclut Claire après avoir jeté un coup d'œil pendant deux secondes. "Il n'y a absolument rien ici, sans parler de ces créatures sous-marines répugnantes ... Ew ... laisse-moi tranquille!" cria Claire alors qu'un crabe avançait lentement vers elle.

"Calmes-toi, Claire, ma chérie," apaisa Emily. "Ce n'est qu'un mignon petit crabe, viens ici, mon fils, laisse-moi te toucher!" Sans avertissement, le crabe pinça le doigt d'Emily.

"Aïe, ça fait mal!" cria Emily, bien que toujours d'un ton élégant.

Having located the location of the submarine volcanic eruption, the spies began their investigation around the area to see if they could find any clues that might help them to predict the next place of eruption. 

"All I can see are aquatic plants," concluded Claire after glancing around for literally two seconds. "There's absolutely nothing down here, not to mention those disgusting underwater creatures. Ew.....leave me alone!" Claire screamed as a crab slowly advanced towards her.

"Calm down, Claire dear," soothed Emily. "It's only a cute little crab. Come here, old boy, let me touch you!" Without warning, the crab pinched Emily's finger. 

"Ouch! That hurts!" screamed Emily, although still in an elegant tone.

湯姆還來不及介紹完所有的新裝備，嬌娃們就開始將它們一一從架子上拿下來檢視。「這麼奇怪的蛙鏡要幹嘛啊？」Claire 戴上了奇怪的蛙鏡後問道。

「這是遠紅外線眼鏡，可以用來從建築物外部偵測內部的動靜。因爲活著的生物體都會發出熱能，所以只要⋯⋯」

「天啊！透過這個眼鏡，你看起來更胖了！」Claire 說畢後便將眼鏡扔到一邊去。

「這是普通的飛鏢嗎？這也算是新發明哦？」Eliza 拿起了一個飛鏢後說。

「是的，這是一個飛鏢。但它可不是普通的飛鏢！」湯姆答道。「這個飛鏢設有衞星定位，如此一來，它可以跟蹤目標，絕對不會失準。還有，飛鏢射出去後，它會追蹤其主人的動向，自己回到主人的手上。」

Avant que Tom puisse finir de présenter les nouveaux gadgets, les espions en prirent déjà et commencèrent à les tester.

"Quelles sont ces lunettes ridicules?" demanda Claire en enfilant des lunettes amusantes.

"Ce sont des lunettes infrarouges lointaines, utilisées pour détecter des objets vivants à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment depuis l'extérieur. Il utilise le fait que toutes les créatures vivantes émettent des radiations, les lunettes sont capables de détecter tout ...."

"Mon dieu, Tom, tu me semble encore plus gros à travers ces lunettes!" interrompit Claire après les avoir enlevées et jetées de côté.

"Est-ce juste un boomerang normal? Pourquoi a-t-on besoin d'inventer quelque chose qui existe depuis longtemps?" demanda Eliza en brandissant une arme qui ressemblait à ce que les Aborigènes utilisaient.

"Oui, c'est un boomerang, mais ce n'est pas normal," répondit Tom. "Ce Boomerang est équipé d'un GPS qui lui permettre de suivre sa cible, donc on ne pourrait jamais le rater, et après avoir frappé la cible, il pourrait se retourner à son propriétaire, peu importe où il se trouve."

Before Tom could finish introducing the new gadgets, the spies have already grabbed some from the shelves and began to test them out. 

"What on Earth are these ridiculous goggles for?" enquired Claire as she put on some funny-looking goggles. 

"They are Far Infrared Glasses, used to detect living objects inside a building from the outside. It uses the fact that all living creatures emit radiation, the glasses are able to detect any...."

"OMG, Tom, you look even fatter through these glasses!" interrupted Claire after taking them off and tossing them aside. 

"Is this just a normal boomerang? Why do we need to invent something that has already been around for ages?" asked Eliza holding up a weapon that looked like what the Aboriginals use. 

"Yes, it is a boomerang, but it is not 'normal'," replied Tom. "This Boomerang is fitted with a GPS so that it will be able to track its target, hence you can never miss it. Furthermore, after hitting the target, it  can be functioned to return to its owner no matter where they are."
